You and your fellow board leaders will govern your HOA\, administer its business operations\, and promote a community of neighbors. You will have significant authority and fiduciary duties. While HOAs vary in external characteristics\, they are far more alike in the challenges they face and in their need for informed and effective board leadership. \nIn the Introduction to Homeowner Associations (HOAs) for Board Leaders Course we provide a broad review of the foundational knowledge and skills you need to be a successful HOA board leader.
