I was on the air today with Gene Sullivan, host of the Where You Live radio show on AM1280 the Patriot. His show tapes each Wednesday and airs Saturday at 10 a.m. I highly recommend you tune in. We talked primarily about SF1750, the mega HOA bill that is under consideration in St. Paul.  This comes ahead of my testimony that I will be giving at the Capitol on Thursday when the bill is up for consideration in the House Judiciary Committee.

Radio flies by and there is never enough time to go too deep, but we talked about 1750 and HF 4518, which seeks to register all HOAs for the low low price of $55 per year. Plus the registration and information disclosure that will be required.  That one is a real deal breaker.
