If you attended the annual HOA Day on October 30, our big event for HOA Leaders from across the metro, you saw a great presentation from Ryan Fargo, an attorney from SJJ Law, which is one of our sponsors. Ryan reviewed the subject of rights and responsibilities for both leaders and HOA residents alike, and his content was truly valuable.

There are a lot of our members who attend our regular chapters who have plenty of questions about the real role of board leader, their rights, their ultimate responsibilities as elected board members, etc. And on the flip side, HOA residents have similar levels of confusion about their rights and responsibilities while living under the umbrella of a homeowner association. Ryan did a nice job of setting the record straight on both counts.
