Many people are starting to pay attention to SF3622, the new piece of legislation introduced in St. Paul during the legislature’s 94th session. This bill was introduced by Senator Michael Klein (R) and has a companion bill in the House.

As we’ve blogged about HERE, the bill is largely a technical one, providing additional guidance on existing MCIOA legislation. We’ll be analyzing it further as it starts to work its way through the legislative process.  As we saw last year, the form in which any legislation starts can be significantly changed by the time it ends.

To keep this link fresh, here’s the entire bill:  SF3622
