Happy Valentine’s Day, members! On this day of sharing the love, we also want to share a new Pop Up Survey that we have just introduced.
Our Spring Startup Series for HOAs continues into March, and to prepare for the topics that will be presented, we are asking questions about spring walk-throughs. We’d like to know:
Does your board conduct a walk-through in the spring?
What do you typically find that needs repair?
Do you walk with a contractor, property manager, or just the board?
How do you communicate with residents the findings?
The survey will only take a few moments of your time. We will share the results at all March chapter meetings. (If you’re looking for the results of the irrigation system Pop Up Survey, we will publish those after our February 24 Maple Grove chapter meeting.)
