Lots to discuss and digest over the passage of SF 1750, the so called “HOA Bill of Rights” that passed the Senate and is headed to the desk of the Governor for signature. I just completed a video interview with Finn Jacobsen, partner with SJJ Law and a great resource for us. We had an informative discussion and the video should be available soon.
