Last September we ran a series of seminars in our chapters that focused on improving HOA communications between boards and its residents. It revolved around how boards can do a better job of communicating with the channels that exist, and we talked about ways to use email more effectively, how to create a simple newsletter, use surveys to gauge residents’ opinions, and much more.

We have had requests to run it again, so we are doing so on July 7 at 6 p.m. at the New Brighton Community Center, Room “A”. Our 90-minute chapter is open to all HOA leaders, so if you’re looking for some ideas and guidance on how to communicate more effectively with your residents, this will be time well spent.
