As I stated in an earlier BLOG, I was a guest panelist on Gene Sullivan’s Where You Live radio program on AM 1280 the Patriot this past Saturday.  The Link is now active and you can hear the replay:  SF1750 PART ONE

I was on a panel of three people, including Matt Greenstein of Greenstein Sellers Law, and Samantha Troje, an experienced Property Manager from New Concepts Management. We had a great conversation about SF 1750, the new HOA law that stands to go in effect on January 1, 2027.  We covered a lot of ground, but had so much to say that we ended up with a second part (Part Two) that will air this Saturday, July 11 at 10 a.m. on AM 1280.
