When I got involved with the HOA Leadership Network in 2023, we were operating one chapter (Eagan) and had a few hundred HOAs in our list of members. Fast forward to today, we are now operating in five metro chapters with more than 1000 HOAs represented, having opened chapters in Oakdale, Maple Grove, Bloomington and New Brighton. It’s been a wild ride.
We’ve done a lot of research and determined that Rochester is a prime market for an expansion, so we are opening a new chapter there on September 17 (RSVP below). We will be hosting meetings at the St. Mary’s University Campus, Cascade Meadow, Room 102, 2900 19th Street NW, Rochester. This is an evening chapter starting at 5:30 p.m. and running until 7 p.m. We’ve put together an early agenda that will give folks a chance to meet one another, hear a word from our HOA solution sponsors, and ask HOA legal questions to Matt Greenstein, HOA attorney from Greenstein Sellers.
Here’s a look at the agenda. We’re also told the Chamber in Rochester will be honoring us with a ribbon cutting ceremony. Hey, it’s a big deal!
Please let others who may be interested in joining our network know about our plans. RSVP HERE for September 17.
First Meeting Agenda:
Welcome and Introductions: Get to know the other HOA Leaders in the Rochester area who are part of our network.
Sponsor Solutions Overview: Be introduced to great HOA solution-oriented firms that can help your property maintain its value.
Ask the Attorney, with Matt Greenstein, Greenstein Sellers Law Firm: Get an update on HOA legal matters and bring your HOA legal questions.
Open Forum: It’s like open mic, without the singing! Ask questions, find resources or open the floor to HOA questions that are on your mind.
