We completed our second Introduction to HOAs for New Board Leaders course at the New Brighton Community Center last night (Feb 3). A near-capacity crowd attended who had many great questions for us and lots of interest in doing the right thing for their properties.

Lynn and I are holding another repeat performance in New Brighton on March 3, so if you’re new or just want a refresher, please join us via RSVP. The class is an evening affair that starts at 6 p.m. and runs 90 minutes.

We’ve had lots of requests to hold the event in other parts of the metro. We are considering our go-forward plan, which may involve an online webinar rather than live classes, but we are a ways out from making that decision. More to come!
