Forgive the dumb headline but hey, it’s getting late and spring is just on my mind lately. After this horrible winter (so far!), warmer weather beckons and this latest warm-weather teaser from Mother Nature is either a sign of things to come or a warning that we’re due for another cold snap with blizzard conditions. Ah, I digress.
If you’ve been attending our Spring Startup Series at our chapter meetings, you know that we are busily preparing HOA Leaders to get their properties ready for the growing season. We’ve had two exceptional speakers this month, including Chris Gonzalez of Gonzo Bros Landscape and Gabe Wagner of Aqua Blast MN. They are covering a lot of ground at meetings in relation to turf prep, irrigation systems, power washing, grit removal and more.
Chris Gonzalez shared a QR code that takes users to a service questionnaire that some attendees may have missed due to time constraints. It is an excellent example of how vendors/contractors can intake an HOA’s desires for various services, resulting in much better quotes and setting of expectations. I’m including the QR code below and you can simply scan it with your mobile device if you’re on a desktop or hit this link to go there directly.
Gabe Wagner from Aqua Blast also had a great checklist for power washing, so I’m including that too (image below).
