The HOA Leadership Network piloted a new course that proved to be in high demand. Called the Introduction to Homeowner Associations for New Board Leaders, the proprietary course was held three times in New Brighton earlier this year and was “sold out” each time. The demand for information is indeed high.

We are please to announce that we’ve scheduled four more this year and will be rotating them around the metro for maximum exposure. These are live courses, not Zoom or virtual, so there’s a commitment to attend for two hours (but hey, it’s free!).

We are also pleased to have Ryan Fargo, a former attorney and an educator, be the chief facilitator for these courses. He’s very knowledgable and engaging, and participants will enjoy his style.

There are two classes that are open for registrations this summer, and they include:

Eagan July 14, 6 – 8 p.m. Eagan Community Center RSVP HERE

Eden Prairie July 16, 6-8 p.m. Eden Prairie Community Center RSVP HERE

If you’re a new board member for your HOA, or you just need a refresher, this class is for you. You’ll get a handy reference guide on common HOA board issues, and a certificate of completion.  Plus, it’s free!  FirstService Residential has committed funding for this year as a sponsor.

We will have two more in September in the East and West Metro.  Stay turned!
