From time to time we ask HOAs to answer a few questions that are HOA related. We ask about a variety of topics, including weather damage, property management, HOA fees and more. Our latest Pop-Up Survey is about damage that occurred from homeowner-inflicted actions, the answers to which will be revealed at our June chapter meetings.

In this survey we ask HOAs if you’ve had homeowner damage to units (inside or out), and whether or not the damage was covered (and by whom).  The survey coincides with our June topic on emergency response to HOA damage, as presented by Lindstrom Restoration.
