It’s been about a week since our governor signed SF 1750, the so-called “HOA Bill of Rights,” into law. The amendment to MCIOA legislation takes effect on January 1, but already a lot of educational opportunities are coming to the fore.

The HOA Leadership Network is teaming up with SJJ Law on a live webinar on May 28. The webinar is already “sold out” (it’s free, and at capacity), but it will be recorded for playback to anyone who wants to watch the recording of the live event.

SJJ Law is also providing live board training at the Wells Fargo Plaza building in Bloomington, site of our chapter meetings, on June 13 from 10 a.m. to noon. This will cover a lot of ground that we will cover in the webinar, but this session is an in-person live event.
